WHAT WE COLLECT

When you register for SIGNAL updates, we collect your email address, first name and any additional information you choose to provide, such as your location and WhatsApp number.

We also record your marketing consent, including the wording you agreed to and the date of registration.

We may collect signup-source information and campaign tracking parameters from links you use to visit our website. These help us understand which channels and campaigns attract subscribers.

WHY WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information to send SIGNAL event announcements, lineup information, ticket updates and related marketing communications.

We rely on your consent to send marketing emails. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting us directly.

Providing a WhatsApp number does not automatically mean you have agreed to receive marketing messages through WhatsApp.

HOW YOUR INFORMATION IS STORED AND PROCESSED

Our website is hosted by Netlify, which processes website registration submissions on our behalf.

We use Brevo as our email marketing and contact management platform. Valid mailing-list registrations are securely transferred to Brevo so we can manage our subscriber community and, when enabled, send relevant communications.

We do not sell your personal information.

Our service providers may process information outside the UK. Where international transfers occur, we seek to ensure appropriate data protection safeguards are in place.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We generally retain your subscriber information while you remain subscribed, unless you request deletion or we need to retain certain records for legal or compliance purposes.

If you unsubscribe, we may retain limited information to make sure you are not contacted again.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Use the contact address above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your data has been mishandled.

WEBSITE TECHNOLOGY

This initial website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive technical connection information when your browser requests those files. If this changes, we will update this notice.

Our Media page shows posts from SIGNAL's own Instagram account. Photos are served from this website, but when you open a Reel or video, it streams from Instagram's servers, which may receive technical connection information from your browser.
